Highlights of Believe it or Not in the last few months have included an interview with one of the world’s leading thinkers, Richard Dawkins, and Professor Kevin Warwick, one of the world’s leading researchers in artificial intelligence.
In the first few months of 2008, Kate has interviewed Carolyn Jessop, author of Escape, about her traumatic experiences as a girl and young woman with the FLDS, a radical ofshoot of the Mormons, and how she escaped their clutches safely with all eight of her children. She talked to the leader of the African Hebrew Israelites, a group of former African-Americans who left the USA to settle in Israel in the 60s. She interviewed Professor Doctor Gina Keastele, from Germany, who is working with GIM – Guided Imagery and Music – a revolutionary new psychotherapy, and heard some of the secrets of American Horse Whisperer, Koelle Simpson. Martha Beck, international bestselling author and life coach was another guest. Other topics covered this year so far include Eckankar, crystals, alien abductions, the death of world famous Beatles guru Maharash Mahesh, and the controversial comments by the Archbishop of Canterbury about islam’s role in the UK.
